By registering on this platform, you voluntarily consent to the collection, processing, and use of
your personal information including your name, email address, contact number, affiliation, and
position for the legitimate purposes of event registration, attendance verification, certificate
issuance, official communication, and research coordination under the MIMAROPA Health
Research and Development Consortium (MHRDC) and the Philippine Council for Health
Research and Development (PCHRD-DOST).
How your data is handled: Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled servers
with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest; access is limited to authorized MHRDC
personnel and accredited service providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
How your data is processed: Processing is based on your consent, contractual necessity for
event participation, and legitimate interest in advancing health research in Region IV-B, in
compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173); automated data (e.g., IP address,
login timestamps) may be collected for system security and analytics.
How your data is deleted: Registration records are retained for five (5) years from the event
date per DOST records policy, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized for
statistical use; you may also request earlier erasure where legally permissible by contacting the
MHRDC Data Protection Officer. Your data will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to commercial
third parties.
In accordance with RA 10173, you have the right to access, correct, object to, or request
portability or deletion of your personal data, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy
